Imaging Clerk - Temporary Opportunity 3rd Shift

We currently have Imaging Clerk opportunities on our contingent workforce for individuals who are available to work 20-32 hours per week
(minimum 5 hours per shift) during third shift at our facility in New Castle, DE.

12:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday (third shift)


As part of our contingent workforce, we request that you be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week. Due to fluctuating production levels, work at this facility is available on an "as needed" basis. There will be periods of time when work is not available so it is important that candidates recognize this and are able to accommodate the fluctuating nature of our needs. As part of our contingent workforce, you will add value to a team of individuals dedicated to meeting and exceeding the production and quality standards of our projects and delivering quality results on time to our internal and external customers.

The Imaging Clerk is trained for a variety of tasks including document preparation, numbering, photocopying, scanning and quality control. Critical to success in this process driven environment is the ability to retain new information quickly and take direction from the team lead/supervisor, staying focused on the detail of the task for the duration of your shift. The Imaging clerk will be detail oriented, highly organized and dependable; able to fulfill their commitment to the project with an optimistic attitude and dedication to team goals. A willingness to be cross-trained in all aspects of the imaging process is essential.

Document preparation, numbering, copying
Document scanning
Quality Control
Document reassembly
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong detail orientation; able to follow specific project guidelines
Good communication skills, both oral and written; able to understand general training documents in English
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and train across functional aspects of production process
Ability to lift 25+ lb. boxes on a regular basis
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Minimum: High school diploma or GED
